Publicly, he is well-known for his networking abilities and socializing nature. He is the person behind all construction activities, and representation of group at various forums. His keen interest in technology motivated him to open a new venture called BIMPACT Designs Pvt Ltd. In BIMPACT he is sharing his experiences to provide the best solutions to clients and the construction industry.
Gaurav is a skilled and goal-oriented professional with a focus on setting higher standards, developing strategies, controlling risk, and increasing the bar for operations. He looks after USA operations for Bimpact Designs Inc. His areas of experience include effectively creating and putting into action strategic business plans, growing business possibilities, and controlling all bottom-line aspects to achieve maximum efficiency and significant revenue development. In order to assure exceptional corporate performance, he has honed his skills in directing a whole range of operational duties, including managing the P&L, budget forecasting, quality control, and deal-making.
Mrs. Priti Dhanuka is working as Director Operations and taking care of the day to day business activities of our company. Her major role is to check the timely deliverance of the projects and meeting the deadlines while getting the optimum utilization of the resources. Her staff handling and job allocation skills while motivating the team has made us achieved our targets smoothly and well in time. She possess a master’s degree along with post-graduation diploma in the field of sales & marketing and her knowledge base is helping us a lot to successfully execute and deliver complex projects.
An accomplished BIM MEP Lead with extensive experience in the field. With a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for cutting-edge technologies, He excels in utilizing BIM technology to model and optimize MEPF systems in building projects. His expertise in clash detection, data integration, and sustainability analysis has resulted in streamlined processes, cost efficiencies, and sustainable designs.
